Step one
Contact KJC Law for a free consultation to discuss the issues that you are facing.
A written pre-advice report will then be provided by KJC Law which will include estimations on what type of advice can be offered, number of hours that each case will likely take to research and compile. (This report would constitute a contract of services to be undertaken by KJC Law).
A pro-forma invoice for the expected hours will also be issued.

Step two
Upon receipt of the documents listed in Step one, the client will accept the terms of the agreement by signing and then returning the contract of services.
The client will also pay 50% of the fees detailed in the pro-forma invoice before any work is undertaken by KJC Law.

Step three
KJC Law will then undertake the work detailed in the contract of services, and a written report will then be provided to the client by the date specified within the contract of services.
A follow-up telephone call will be made to the client at a pre-determined time to further discuss the contents of the written report.

Step four
The remaining 50% of the fees detailed in the pro-forma invoice, along with any additional pre-agreed fees, are to be paid within seven days of the written report being issued.
As an additional service. the client is offered a further consultation within 28 days of the completion of services - at no extra cost!
